Please make sure that you mail all documents as listed on the "APPLY PAGE" to JCVRS, PO Box 321, Toano, VA 23168.
PLEASE GO TO THE "CONTACT" tab and send a message to us stating that you completed the on-line application. Name, phone number, and email must be included as indicated on the page.
You will be contacted by one of our Committee members once all of your paperwork has been received.
